At IIDEA Solutions, our commitment with social responsibility is part of our organizational culture. We are a responsible company and we are committed in our professional practice to create value from a social, environmental and economic context.

We are constantly focus on promoting well-being in the community of our employees and their families, an also for our society. For that purpose, we rely on the support of our parent company DEACERO, which through the DEACERO FOUNDATION program helps to maximize the well-being in our society. In 2005, the DEACERO FOUNDATION was legally established, so as to become a socially responsible company, that gives back to the society the benefits she has received from it.

Nowadays, more than one hundred and fifty associations benefited from our agreements. We are supporting, among others: social assistance, cultural, educative, health care and environment.

Most of our help goes to asylums, orphanages, hospitals, rehab centers, etc.

Within social assistance, we also consider environmental causes related to plantation of trees, we support programs for the rescue of endangered flora and fauna, etc.

Educative causes refer mainly to scholarships awarded to several schools in order to offer an educational opportunity to those people who need it most (from primary school all the way to professional careers).

Our organizational decisions and activities are based upon our Corporate Social Responsibility, through an ethical and transparent behavior, that contributes to a sustainable development of our operations.
